Conditions

  • Please note that the planning fee is nonrefundable and required upfront.
  • Any changes or additions to original trip details after submission may delay the planning process however I will be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.
  • For expedited trip information with less than one month’s notice, there’s an additional fee of $125.

If you prefer an itemized bill and statement for your records, I can also send you a PayPal invoice.

If you’re traveling in a group of four or more, I provide flexible payment plans. We can divide the total amount into manageable installments, allowing you to secure your trip while gradually paying off your balance. We can avoid potential price increases and provide peace of mind by locking in certain travel aspects, such as flights, early on.

Here’s how the payment plans work:

  • Payment plans start for a group of 3 or more
  • Groups of 3 or more: A deposit of 50% of the full payment is required.
  • Groups of 5 or more: A deposit of 10% of the total trip cost is required.

I strive to make the payment process as convenient as possible for smooth and stress-free travel.

Passport Help

If you're planning to travel internationally and need assistance with obtaining a passport, I provide a specialized add-on for $100 per applicant. This includes detailed instructions on where to apply, application fees, and expedited options. I can even arrange an appointment for your passport processing.

Private Airline Charter

For an exclusive touch, consider opting for a private airline charter to and/or from your destination. This adds an extra layer of luxury and personalized service to your travel experience.

With the à la cart option, I will send a detailed itinerary with everything you need to enhance your vacation. A Lists of local restaurants, nearby attractions or just any “off the beaten path” adventures you want to explore. With everything right at your fingertips, you can use this information to pick and choose that works best for you!

Tell me the destination, you handle the sleeping arrangements and flights and I’ll handle everything else!
